Pucks Line

Flexible, innovative robotized production line, designed to meet your expectations for short changeover, reliable operation with productivity of 60 ppm or 120 ppm. Unscrambling system is designed for sorting all types of packages. System is designed for minimum format parts usage and quick product changeover in 20 – 30 minutes. Due to use robot and vision system, machine requires no format parts (feeding to conveyor), or simple 3D printed gripper in case of puck feeding. System is able to feed transparent and non-transparent bottles. Highly precise vision system with backlight provides easy working with any shape of bottle and material.

 

Easy implementation of new product can be performed with U2 software that runs with high quality HMI. PackOS system that is integrated with the machine provides full reporting of machine operation including machine availability, performance and quality.

PUCKS TRANSPORT
